You may use this website for your personal use free of charge, in accordance with the following terms and conditions. By using our online store, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions. The supplier of the ordered goods is ILIĆ DESIGN from Zagreb. ILIĆ DESIGN, through its online shop, enables the purchase of the entire range of products offered on the website. The offer consists of handmade, custom-designed products. A buyer is considered to be any person who electronically orders at least one product, fills in the required information, and successfully submits it through registration.
Registration allows for the storage of information that will be used for contact, delivery, or promotional updates about our products, new arrivals, as well as special offers and discounts. Registration also enables easier and more convenient order processing in the future.
All prices are expressed in the official currency of Croatia, Euro (€). Users are advised to familiarize themselves with these Terms before making a purchase and to regularly check them to stay informed of their rights and obligations.
ILIĆ DESIGN reserves the right to change these Terms at any time without prior notice and shall not be held liable for any consequences resulting from such changes. The changes become effective upon being published on this website.

TERMS OF SALE I)
Conclusion and Termination of the Sales Contract
These Terms, along with individual terms of sale specified next to product information, represent an offer by ILIĆ DESIGN for concluding a Contract. By registering, placing an order, or otherwise confirming in accordance with these Terms, the user as the buyer accepts this offer, thereby establishing a Contract between the user and ILIĆ DESIGN, under the sales conditions outlined in these Terms.
The subject and commercial purpose of the Contract is the purchase of a selected product or service through ILIĆ DESIGN, with payment of the corresponding fee—the price of the product and/or service. The Contract is concluded through remote communication methods (a distance contract), including: printed promotional materials with order forms, telephone calls (with or without human interaction), and the Internet.
The Contract becomes effective and binding at the moment the user accepts the offer from ILIĆ DESIGN in one of the following ways:
by selecting a payment option and completing the order as a registered user of ILIĆ DESIGN,
by selecting a payment option and completing the order via email received at info@ilic-design.hr.
A) During the registration process or when creating a user account, the user must choose a username under which they will use the services, select a secure password, and provide a valid email address. All information required for registration or account creation must be truthful, and it is strictly prohibited to use someone else’s data.
B) The registration or user account is created for one person only, and it is not allowed to share account or registration details with third parties. The user is responsible for safeguarding their password and account information. Use of another person’s registration or user account is not permitted.
C) In case of violations of the Terms outlined in this section, ILIĆ DESIGN reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to deactivate a user’s registration or account without any obligation to compensate the user for any costs or damages.
D) Registration (which includes the payment for a product and/or service) is considered the conclusion of a Contract between ILIĆ DESIGN and the user as the buyer.
E) The Contract becomes effective upon successful registration of the user, i.e., from the date the user accepts the offer to conclude such a Contract.
F) Upon conclusion of the Contract, the user will receive: a confirmation of the concluded Contract or a pre-contractual notice in accordance with Article 57, paragraph 1 of the Croatian Consumer Protection Act (Official Gazette Nos. 41/2014, 110/15), these Terms, and a notice of the user’s right to unilaterally terminate the Contract along with the termination form as per Article 61, paragraph 1 1. G) The user may unilaterally terminate the contract within 14 (fourteen) days without providing any reason. The user does not have the right to unilaterally terminate the contract in the following cases:
If the service has been fully provided and the fulfillment began with the user’s explicit prior consent, along with their confirmation that they are aware that they will lose the right to unilaterally terminate the contract once the service has been fully performed;
If the contract concerns sealed goods which, for health or hygiene reasons, are not suitable for return once opened after delivery;
If the goods were, due to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.
To exercise the right of unilateral termination, the user must inform ILIĆ DESIGN of their decision before the expiration of the deadline via a clear statement sent by email to: info@ilic-design.hr, including their name, address, telephone number or email address. They may also use the provided written form for unilateral termination.
The deadline for unilateral termination is 14 (fourteen) days:
From the day the user or a third party designated by the user (other than the carrier) has taken possession of the goods;
Or, in the case of services, from the day the contract was concluded.
If the conditions for unilateral termination are met, the user will be refunded the amount received (excluding delivery costs) without undue delay, and no later than 14 (fourteen) days from the day ILIĆ DESIGN receives the user’s notice of termination. The refund will be made without any additional cost to the user. However, ILIĆ DESIGN reserves the right to delay the refund until the goods have been returned and inspected.
The user must return or deliver the goods to the following address without undue delay, and no later than 14 (fourteen) days from the date of informing ILIĆ DESIGN of the contract termination:

The user is responsible for covering the direct return shipping costs. Cash-on-delivery shipments will not be accepted.
Users are kindly asked to contact info@ilic-design.hr before returning goods to receive return instructions.
The user is liable for any reduction in the value of the goods caused by handling beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and functionality of the goods. In cases where the original packaging is damaged, the refund may be reduced proportionally to the diminished value, and the user will be notified accordingly.
If the user requested that the service begin during the withdrawal period, they are obliged to pay ILIĆ DESIGN a proportional amount for what has been provided up to the moment the user informed them of the contract termination The buyer acknowledges that they do not have the right to unilaterally terminate the contract within 14 days of the delivery of the ordered goods, as stipulated by Article 79, paragraph 1 of the Consumer Protection Act, since the subject of the contract is goods made according to the consumer’s specifications or clearly customized for the consumer in accordance with Article 86, paragraph 1, point 3 of the Consumer Protection Act
II) Terms and Purchase Procedure
Main product features, usage instructions, prices, special offers and benefits, payment and delivery methods apply as valid at the time the order is finalized.
These details are listed with each product. The product price and delivery fee, which includes VAT, are visible in the shopping cart before the order is finalized. The delivery cost may also be displayed on other parts of the website.
All purchase confirmation information based on the electronic order will be sent to the email address provided by the customer during registration/ordering or in the shopping cart when entering data to finalize the order.
All prices are expressed in euros (€) and include VAT. The same item prices will be shown on the invoice delivered with the goods.
If the customer does not receive the order confirmation, it is possible that their email address was entered incorrectly. In such cases, please contact us at: info@ilic-design.hr and our Customer Service will gladly assist in processing the order
If a product is out of stock, the customer can sign up for a restock notification through the webshop by clicking on the product, where the option “NOTIFY ME” appears.
Signing up is not a purchase or a reservation of the product. It serves solely to inform the customer via email when the product becomes available for ordering again.
Since all items are handmade, product quantities are limited and may sell out quickly. When stock is replenished, everyone who signed up for the notification will simultaneously receive an email informing them that the product is available to order again, along with a note that quantities are limited.
It is possible that, if the customer does not see the email in time, they may not succeed in placing an order because the product is sold out. In that case, they can sign up again for a restock notification

a) The delivery cost is calculated automatically during the purchase process, and you will receive an invoice that includes the price of the purchased products along with the delivery fee.
b) The delivery cost within the Republic of Croatia is €6 for smaller packages and €7 for larger packages. Additional costs may apply for international shipping.
c) The delivery time for products marked as in stock, within the territory of Croatia, is up to 15 working days from the day the order is confirmed or from the day payment is visible in our account, in accordance with intercity delivery deadlines of the courier service Eurosender and other delivery providers.
d) For locations under a special delivery regime, the delivery time may be slightly longer—up to 7 working days—according to the delivery schedules of courier services.
e) In case of any change in delivery time or any other important matter concerning the order fulfillment, our customer service will promptly inform the customer.
IV) Complaints and Objections
Ordered products are packaged in such a way that they are not damaged under normal handling during transport/delivery. Each product is individually packaged and further protected with specialized transport packaging. The customer is required to inspect the packaging and product at the time of delivery. If the packaging and/or product has visible damage/defects, the customer must report the damage within 24 hours, attach pictures, and send them to the email address: info@ilic-design.hr. ILIĆ DESIGN will create a report and initiate a complaint with the delivery service. The delivery service will review the damage report and respond within 30 days.
Complaints related to product defects and all other objections can be submitted in writing via email to: info@ilic-design.hr. In the case of a valid complaint, the customer will be allowed to terminate the contract with a refund of the amount paid or a replacement with the same product or another product of the same value, i.e., with additional payment or a partial refund if necessary.
If the product is damaged and/or defective, the customer must send a photo of the complaint to info@ilic-design.hr for it to be considered based on subsequent physical evidence. ILIĆ DESIGN will collect the damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered goods at its own expense if the complaint is deemed valid and if the customer has not caused the defect, damage, or any other deficiency of the product.
In the case of a valid complaint within the time limits defined by the Obligations Act, ILIĆ DESIGN will cover the entire cost of replacing the product with a new one.
In case of a dispute regarding the validity of the complaint and/or the authenticity of the product, and if the customer, based on subjective judgment, believes they did not receive an adequate product and/or service, it is customary in business practice to report the case to one of the competent authorities. Relevant and official bodies will then conduct all necessary checks to determine the correctness and compliance with applicable laws. Upon the decision of the authorities, both the customer and the seller will receive a specified report. This official report from an independent body will be considered as valid and sufficient to conclude the complaint procedure
The buyer acknowledges that they do not have the right to unilaterally terminate the contract within 14 days of the delivery of the ordered goods, as stipulated by Article 79, paragraph 1 of the Consumer Protection Act, since the subject of the contract is goods made according to the consumer’s specifications or clearly customized for the consumer in accordance with Article 86, paragraph 1, point 3 of the Consumer Protection Act
Complaints regarding natural imperfections on wooden products, which do not affect the quality and functionality of the product, will not be accepted.
Complaints for custom-made products (such as coloring (aesthetic damage that does not affect the quality and functionality of the product), personalization, accessories, etc.) will not be accepted, except in the case of mechanical, non-aesthetic defects. The buyer is obliged to report the damage, attach pictures, and send them to the email address: info@ilic-design.hr.
Complaints for products that have not been used in accordance with the instructions provided on the ILIC DESIGN website (product description) will not be accepted.
Exceptionally, for the Zagreb area, delivery is made by a local courier service on the same day as the delivery is arranged. In this case, the package is delivered without packaging, with the service guaranteeing that the product will be delivered the same day, with appropriate transportation. The buyer is obliged to check the product, and if any defects are noticed, the buyer must report the damage within 24 hours, attach pictures, and send them to the email address: info@ilic-design.hr
V) Payment Methods and Procedure
Payment for the product price and delivery costs can be made using one of the following methods:
Payment via online banking. Products for which an order has been placed can be paid through the online banking service of any bank. After the order is successfully placed, ILIĆ DESIGN will send all the necessary payment details via email.
Payments are made exclusively through the payer’s Croatian current or giro account
For payments made through other applications, platforms, etc., or payments in other currencies, the payer bears any additional fees.
DATA PROTECTION DURING PURCHASE
ILIĆ DESIGN is committed to respecting the anonymity and privacy of users of its online store and will use and process data exclusively for the purpose and intention outlined in these Terms and Conditions. ILIĆ DESIGN may collect personal data from users, such as name, address, tax identification number (OIB), phone number, or email address, only if the user voluntarily provides it. ILIĆ DESIGN will use the provided data solely for the purpose of fulfilling contractual obligations and for better insight into and understanding of individual user needs, habits, and requirements, as well as for further development and improvement of all services provided.
ILIĆ DESIGN collects, processes, and publishes data related to the manner of usage without disclosing the user’s identity and/or personal data that allows the identification of the user. ILIĆ DESIGN collects and records data about the user’s IP address (Internet Protocol Address) or the location of the computer for the purposes of system administration, troubleshooting, content download confirmation, or improving the technical aspects of the online service. ILIĆ DESIGN will automatically record data about user usage habits, including log files regarding visits to specific pages and/or content. This data will be used solely for the purpose of improving its service and adjusting and individualizing promotional activities to meet the needs of each user. ILIĆ DESIGN does not record your credit card number nor store transaction data.

By registering and purchasing, you consent to ILIĆ DESIGN notifying you via email about promotions, changes or additions to the website content, discounts, offers, products, or changes in the way services are provided, for promotional purposes. The user can withdraw this consent at any time.
